Refunds & Returns

To ensure the highest quality garments and products our company sells, we only accept refunds and returns on our products if the item was damaged in transit and/or the incorrect item was sent. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product if it has been damaged in transit and/or the incorrect item was sent at info@themamaammaseries.com.

Please provide detailed information as to how the product(s) were damaged or appeared to be damaged, or what color was ordered as opposed to the color that was received, then return the product to us (we may ask for pictures of the damage to be sent). Send the product back to us at the address we will send to you, and then we will ship a replacement upon receipt and inspection of the item. if there is no replacement available, we will issue a refund.

To make sure you receive the product you want, please:

Inspect all items that you wish to purchase on the website. Read all details about the product and make sure this is the item you want to purchase. Confirm with family, friends, and/or associates about the product that you wish to give as a gift. Don't guess -- know!

Some of our items may appear to have imperfections, but this is considered part of the manufacturing process (layered coloring, for example).

Garments lose their coloring upon washing or dry cleaning. Follow the care instructions attached to the garment to avoid or reduce loss of color or seepage of color onto other garments, or other areas of your garment. Care for your garment is solely your responsibility. Please consider your computer or mobile device screen may display a slight hue difference from what is being purchased. The quality of the fabric or of the color hue match of the garment is not warranted by The Mama Amma Series or its affiliates and designers.

Sizes displayed on the garment are only for reference and might not be standard in your country. Customers are responsible for the size purchased. Because each garment is made upon ordering, no returns or exchanges are allowed for the size difference. If in doubt, you may want to consider getting a larger size than what the child currently wears; children grow and the product may fit them at a later date. Ultimately, the decision on sizing is yours!

Books are not eligible for refund unless there is a conspicuous error to the book (missing pages, no cover, incorrect book sent, etc.). The Mama Amma Series follows Amazon's policy on returns. For more information, please visit Amazon.com.
